Efficient Networking
Social networking has always been part of our lives. Be it with family or with friends or at work. Having efficient networking will enable you to move one level up on your personal priority list.
Family networking is a known factor. You do not need to establish any networking. All gossip will come to you whether you ask for it or not. In most cases it is just keeping up to date with the latest developments in the family network.
Social networking has become part of our lives be it Facebook or Twitter. Now if you don't know what I am talking about then it is not a train smash, since I know a few people who don't care about Facebook or Twitter and their lives are just "fine" as they are.
Yes, we do have other forms of networking, listening to the radio, watching CNN or BBC to obtain the latest developments in the world. The world has become such a small environment and information travels very, very fast. We have super duper cell phones that can now do all that media interactions for us. The latest craze is the tablet revolution. All sizes on the market, the latest is the I P A D. This device is phenomenal. The applications are unlimited. A great tool for efficient networking etc.
In the work place we need to establish efficient networking. As a leader or manager we need to be aware of behavioural trends at work. We need to be aware of the opposition. We need to be aware of the latest developments in our areas. For, if you blink, and miss anything, then you are and will be left behind. We don't have to be addicted to our electronic devices, but there is a time and a place to do everything. I am saying keep up todate! But don't go into "information overload" since then we need to process what is happening. This will then truly turn off those of us trying to keep abreast of developments in the social efficient networking environments.
People who have balanced their efficient networking activities are performing very well as they go about in their daily business activities. There are those who keep away for the fear of not knowing, and not wanting to know or to know on a need to know basis. There are those that are addicted, and stay connected all day and all nite..........in case something happens on the stocks and they miss it, or there is a another Tsunami.......
Well, all said and done.....efficient networking is important, use it in which ever way your prefer, but don't neglect it.....or else you will remain in the snail pass of the information age.....Lekker!

Wannabees
Today I would like to discuss people who would like to be a "Wannabee". The question is, "What is a Wannabee?" A Wannabee person is someone who would like to be like someone else. This person is easy to identify because he/she will always be telling you about so-and-so's lovely house. So-and-so's lovely sports car. So-and-so's job and what he/she does.
These people, the Wannabees must always know better and will be telling you about people's material things, about people that you don't even know or will never ever meet. So how is that information going to add value to your discussion or your life. Of course, indirectly the Wannabee is telling you how inferior you are and how successful he/she is because he/she can talk about other people's material things.
The best management advice is to listen and tell the person after he/she has marketed the other person to you, as to how exactly will that information add value to your life, since you may not even know that person or will not even cross paths with that person. Wannabees are fakes, and are people who envy other people's achievements. Wannabees are false people, with no genuine backing or substantiations. They live in the shadows of other people. As a person, you need to stand out and be yourself. So......if you think you are a Wannabee after reading this, try to be a better person, market yourself and not someone else.
A study has shown that most Wannabees have low esteem and low morale of themselves and are not usually successful people. People who are stressed and live a stressful life, both at work and at home. So they cherish the moment with a friend who will listen to the story of someone else! Don't be a Wannabee! Be yourself!

What a glorious day....? and the best land to be living in, South Africa. We have had a record amount of rainfall for April....I simply wish the rain could stop so that I can get on with my building project at home.
The best way to start the day is having a coffee cuppuccino at Nino's Midrand, South Africa. In my books, Nino's prepares the best tasting filter coffee.
About food, nothing beats the freshness of the food at Nino's Midrand. Food is prepared while you wait. If you have a sunrise breakfast, (2 rashes bacon, 2 soft eggs, 2 slices brown toast, fried tomatoe) wow! you can practically smell the freshenss of the bacon and the egg. It is hot off the stove, and on to your table.
The watrons are very friendly and always at you service.
There is none other than having a meal at Nino's Midrand.
Until the next time....have a good day.
